Our story
Best House Turkey was founded on 23 October 2017 in Florya, Istanbul, by three partners who moved from established corporate careers into real estate advisory.
They saw a clear need for informed, transparent guidance for international clients entering a market they could not easily assess from abroad, and for a firm that would remain accountable after the transaction, not only at the point of sale.
That purpose still defines us: professional property and investment advisory, delivered with clarity, local knowledge and long-term client relationships.

Best House Turkey is a wholly Turkish-owned company. Our founders were born, raised and professionally established in Istanbul, giving us a perspective that extends well beyond published asking prices.

When we assess a property, we consider location, accessibility, rental demand, resale context, development potential and long-term suitability, without presenting future performance as assured.

Citizenship advisory
For clients considering citizenship through an eligible property investment, we coordinate property selection, valuation, title deed procedures and documentation in step with qualified Turkish lawyers.
Eligibility, official valuation, regulatory requirements and application stages depend on current legislation and authority decisions. We help structure the acquisition appropriately for the intended application; approval is never guaranteed.
